My name is Tara Burt and I live in the beautiful province of New Brunswick. I have always been a huge animal lover and was lucky enough to have a family that felt the same way, so therefore I spent my childhood surrounded by animals of all types.  I had been searching for an addition to the family, but one that I could compete with in Conformation as I had done in the past with another breed. But, I also knew that eventually I wanted to get seriously involved in Obedience and Agility. My research took me in the direction of Berlane Kennels, specifically for a descendant of MBIS/MBISS Am/Can CH Berlane's Causin An Uproar CDX, CGC, Am/Can SOM, Am/Can LOM otherwise known as "Sabre" and my search ended at Bayridge Kennels, where I was lucky enough to be able to bring home a "Sabre" grandson, "Apollo", who will be part of the foundation of my Seascape Boxers.

Having been fortunate enough to be loved by a Boxer(s) since 1999, my personal belief is that first and foremost a Boxer should be a beloved companion, anything beyond that is quite simply icing on the cake. Certainly Apollo was living proof of this belief, standing beside me throughout the changes that have occurred in my life. I owe a particular debt of gratitude to a couple of wonderful ladies (Marjorie Ross & Nicole Casavechia of "Canine Artistry") who not only are friends but provide support, guidance, and mentoring.
